How to Find and Leverage Your Sales Superpower

“You are absolutely good enough. More than that, you are better than good enough…”

1. Be yourself. Don’t try to change who you are to fit a specific mold.
Write down 100 things that you’ve done well in your life. Think as far back as you can remember.

2. Be Creative. Nobody can do what you do, the way that you do.
Ask five (5) of your best friends what you do well in their eyes. Write these down.

3. Do you notice any themes from your 100 list and from what your friends shared about you?
Write down 2-3 themes. These are your sales superpowers!

4. Hire a career coach or seek a mentor.
Name three people in your network that you can reach out to coach or mentor you on practicing how to leverage your superpowers. Setup time to meet with them this week!
