Purpose of Agreement: The purpose of this Agreement is to develop a consulting relationship between the parties in order to cultivate the Client’s professional and/or business goals and create a plan to carry out those goals through stimulating and creative interactions with the ultimate result of maximizing the Client’s business and/or professional potential (“consulting Services”). The Parties agree as follows:
Consulting Schedule. The Parties agree to meet by telephone one day per week for 60 minutes for a minimum of four weeks. Limited email support is included between sessions.
Consulting Fees. In exchange for Consulting services, Client agrees to pay Consulting fees when scheduling appointments:
ÿ 1:1 Consulting $100/Hour (1-hour sessions)
ÿ Small-Group Consulting $90/Session – (two hours/session with up to 4 participants)
ÿ Consulting Retainer Four (4) Sessions for $350 (1-hour sessions)
ÿ Consulting Retainer Eight (8) Sessions for $600 (1-hour sessions)
ÿ Pre-Paid Sessions (1-hour sessions)
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland without giving effect to any conflicts of law’s provisions.
Purpose. Cherilynn provides individual Consulting and consultation to help clients develop and implement strategies of enhanced sales and business performance and personal satisfaction. Through an interactive and developmental Consulting process, Cherilynn guides her clients through strategies and solutions designed to move them towards the attainment of defining and accomplishing professional and business goals. She respects, acknowledges, and protects the vulnerability and confidentiality of each Client, while constructively holding clients to high standards of self-responsibility and self-accountability. Cherilynn upholds the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics.
You will set the agenda. Although Cherilynn often more directs the first introduction call, she will start the remaining sessions by asking what you hope to walk away with by the end of each one. Please complete your Client Profile form in advance of your first session.
It would be great for you to put some thought into this before we meet each time, and Cherilynn will come with her own ideas and suggestions too. Sessions will often take a natural evolution, so there will be no pressure to stick to that agenda. It's just nice to have a session-by-session vision of success and a place to start.
We may ask stupid questions or "blurt" something out if we get a gut instinct related to something you've said. However, we are 100% completely willing to be wrong. We will learn as much from your correction as from our question (if not far more).
30,000 foot view: We may interrupt you or ask you to "bottom line" if we are getting too far into story or details—the best way (by far) to maximize our time together is to focus on the big picture: where you are now, where you want to be, and what you are learning about yourself because of those details (without going too far into the story behind them).
We are very open to feedback. If something is not working for you or you wish we could go in a different direction, please let us know! This is all about you—help us make sure we make the most of our time together.
If, at any time, you (the Client) feel that your needs are not being met or you are not getting what you want out of the session, please tell Cherilynn so you can discuss your needs and adjust your program.
We want to empower you in this relationship and make sure that you are getting everything you want from it.
Ask anything! Seriously, no question is off-limits. Cherilynn is happy to share her thoughts, experiences, and failures to the extent that it is helpful to you. That said, she will always encourage and will give a bias to your thoughts and opinions first—it reinforces the idea (and truth!) that you are the expert on you and your life. Your gut instincts trump ours! Once we've explored your thoughts and reactions first, Cherilynn is happy to chime in toward the end of the call.
Cherilynn respects your confidentiality and will only release information with your written permission if she is required to do so by a court order or if she believes you are in danger of hurting yourself or others. These situations rarely occur in consulting practices, but if such a situation does occur, she will make every effort to discuss it with you before taking any action.
· A 100% refund will be issued if you wish to cancel your Consulting program before the start of your second session.
· A 50% refund will be issued if you wish to cancel your Consulting program before the start of your fourth session.
· No refunds will be issued after 30-days.
I reserve the right to decide which clients I work with and to ban clients from my practice and my programs if they behave disrespectfully. In the unlikely event, I need to banish you from my programs; no refund will be issued.
Agreement. This document reflects the entire Agreement between the Consultant and the Client and reflects a complete understanding of the parties. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered or supplemented except in writing signed by both the Consultant and the Client. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon 15 days’ written or email notice to the other party.
