  • Established a sales culture by designing, developing and implemented business development curriculum/workshops to grow business unit 75.8 percent, from $76.7M to $134.9M, in three years
  • Defined and evangelized a vision and strategy for all learning and development efforts across a medical institution which increased income from less than $600K to $4.6M
  • Designed, developed, and implemented corporate training solutions, created engaging and interactive learning curriculums to develop teams and delight clients for a state university to enhance enrollment and revenues by 33 percent and achieve profitability
  • Implemented continual business model refinement and team development strategy to gauge impact and optimize efficiencies which resulted in an increase in annual revenue from $42.4M to $83M

  • Conducted “Masterful C Conversations” sales workshops for sellers and managers to stay on top of their game and grow their sales knowledge, as part of a social media web company’s IPO launch strategy
