Summer has arrived, and it’s so wonderful to be back biking the DC trials. While riding this weekend I noticed the strong, flexible, and elegant bamboo as it bends and twists with the wind. Bamboo, one of the fastest-growing plants in the world. During growth season in some parts of the world, bamboo can grow 36 in in 24-hours, that’s a lot of growth, an inch every 40 minutes.
If you had to choose one word to describe you, your services, or your business what would that word be? Bamboo is my word. Hopefully, Bamboo is the word that comes to mind when you read or hear my value story.
A value story defines and/or supports your value proposition. The “So what…” Why would I want to do business with you?
A quick way to check the clarity of your value story is to tell your value story to 10 people and ask them for three words that describe what they heard. If the three words don’t honestly reflect your value, you have more work to do on your value story.
Like Bamboo, I am strong, resilient, tenacious, flexible, and continually growing. I hope that this blog inspires you to grow too.
Bamboo is my word… What’s yours?
